The power of a spice lives in its aroma, and that aroma is easily lost to the heat generated during grinding. KITPRO grinders are designed to protect exactly that subtlety.
What it brings to Spice Grinding
The advantages that make the difference in this application area.
Aroma preserved
Optimised blade geometry and airflow keep the temperature rise during grinding to a minimum.
Adjustable fineness
Interchangeable discs take one machine from coarse cracking to powder fineness.
Fast batch changeover
The tilting body cuts discharge and cleaning down to seconds.
Versatile
A wide product range, from spices to coffee and from pulses to nuts.

Grinding that prevents aroma loss in spices
The biggest quality risk in spice grinding is heat: friction heat generated during grinding evaporates essential oils, weakening aroma and fading colour. When choosing an industrial spice mill, the machine's heat management deserves as much attention as its capacity.
KITPRO G series grinders minimise the rise in product temperature through optimised blade geometry and airflow. Across black pepper, cumin, coriander, chilli flakes and spice blends, particle size is adjusted with interchangeable grinding discs, from coarse cracking to powder fineness.

Capacity, sieving and line setup
With capacities reaching 450 kilograms an hour, the G45 works as the main grinder in spice packing facilities. The tilting body shortens discharge and cleaning time between batches, which translates directly into efficiency for spice producers working with a wide range of SKUs.
Line components such as sieve integration and feeding units are added on a project basis. Wet grinding support means the same platform can be adapted to fresh products such as garlic paste and ginger purée.

Questions about Spice Grinding
Will aromas carry over if different spices are ground in the same machine?
Stainless contact surfaces are non-porous and fully strippable for cleaning; with the right cleaning procedure, aroma and allergen carry-over is prevented. For strongly aromatic products we recommend using a dedicated disc set.
How fine can it grind?
Interchangeable grinding discs cover a wide range, from coarse cracking to powder fineness. Share your target micron value and we will determine the right disc configuration together.
Can it also grind coffee and nuts?
Yes. The G series is also used for coffee, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame and pulses. For oilseeds, a wet grinding configuration is preferred when moving towards a paste consistency.
