Personal data we process
- Identity and contact details: the name, company name, email address and phone number you provide in the contact or quote form.
- Request details: your message; in the quote form, the machine you are interested in, production purpose and daily capacity; the page address and language from which the form was sent; notes our team adds to follow up your request.
- Online identifiers and usage data: only if you consent, cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and ad click information collected through analytics and advertising cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
- Security data: technical access logs kept by the servers hosting the site for security purposes (IP address, time, requested address, browser information).
Purposes and legal grounds
- Responding to your form request, preparing quotes and contacting you: necessity for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Following up requests and customer relations: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Remembering your cookie choice and running the site securely: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
- Measuring site usage (analytics) and the results of our ads (advertising): your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You give consent through the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time.
- Keeping records for legal disputes and official requests: establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e) and our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç).
How we collect data
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the contact and quote forms on the site and through cookies. Form data is stored in the database of the website's content and request management panel.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary to the following recipients:

Retention

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

- request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply

Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
