A machine that has mastered hummus
Making hummus at professional scale is technically difficult. The right machine is the difference between inconsistent batches and a product that hits commercial quality every time.

ZorlukProducing smooth hummus at scale is harder than it looks
A consistent, commercially smooth texture demands the right combination of machine design, motor power, blade geometry and scraping efficiency.
- !Chickpeas, tahini, oil, lemon, water and spices must be blended precisely and under control
- !Long processing times cut capacity and create texture differences between batches
- !Irregular scraping leaves unmixed pockets and a grainy texture
- !Weak motors labour and stall in a dense chickpea-tahini mix
- !The wrong blade geometry multiplies processing time
- !Commercial production demands hygiene, speed, repeatability and batch control
Professional-grade processing on every batch
Six core features engineered to solve the difficulties of hummus.
Variable speed control
Adjust the speed within a single batch, from gentle folding to high-speed processing.
Optimised blade design
Engineered blade geometry that works dense mixes efficiently.
Heavy-duty motors
High-torque induction motors designed for continuous, demanding operation.
Double-acting scraper
Consistent scraping keeps the bowl wall clear throughout the batch for a uniform texture.
High liquid handling
Handles the oil-to-water ratios professional hummus production requires.
Stainless steel body
Food-grade materials that meet professional kitchen hygiene standards.
Three processes, one body
The HummusMaster takes on single-handedly what traditionally requires three separate machines.
01Cutting
A high-speed blade system reduces the chickpeas to a micron-level fineness, creating a smooth base.
02Mixing
Tahini, lemon, garlic and spices are blended evenly, with no unmixed pockets left behind.
03Homogenising
A final high-speed pass turns the mix into a velvety, homogeneous cream; presets deliver the same texture on every batch.
The HummusMaster at work
Rather than describe it, let us show you: avocado hummus made on the HummusMaster, start to finish, in a real production run. Watch the chickpeas come to a smooth consistency and the whole process finish in one body.
Explore the hummus production solutionWhat actually makes hummus smooth?
Smooth, stable hummus at volume comes down to a handful of engineering decisions. Here is where the HummusMaster differs.
Blade geometry & powerful drive
Purpose-shaped blades and a powerful drive motor turn chickpeas and tahini into a fine, homogeneous purée without leaving grainy pockets.
Variable speed & instant pulse
Inverter-controlled speed lets you start slow to combine, then move up to high shear. Instant pulse gives you full control of the final texture, batch after batch.
Hygienic, food-grade body
A fully stainless body, seamless smooth surfaces and a double-acting scraper that keeps the bowl wall clear. Designed for fast cleaning and consistent food safety.
The same result batch after batch
Set the speed and time once and let every batch repeat it. Programmable presets and instant pulse remove the guesswork. The hummus you ship mid-service matches the sample you approved months ago.
Ready for continuous, heavy-duty production
Industrial motors, reinforced gearboxes and thick stainless bowls are built for shift after shift. From a busy delicatessen to a line producing hundreds of kilos an hour, the machine is sized never to be the bottleneck.
Effortless filling, discharge & cleaning
Wide bowl openings, tilting bowls and tool-free parts cut product changeovers from minutes to seconds. Smooth surfaces and the double-acting scraper leave less product behind.
Designed for every scale of production
From a single countertop cutter to a complete industrial line, every HummusMaster machine shares the same engineering DNA.

Powered by YAZICILAR / KITPRO engineering
The HummusMaster is not a new brand experimenting in food equipment. It is a focused product line built on decades of YAZICILAR / KITPRO experience in professional cutter mixers and food processing equipment.
Motor specification, blade engineering, scraper design and material selection: all of that accumulated knowledge was applied specifically to the demands of professional hummus production.
Read our storyQuestions about hummus production
How much hummus can the HummusMaster produce per hour?
Capacity depends on the bowl size chosen (30-200 L) and on the recipe. A mid-scale configuration produces 150-400 kg an hour, while industrial configurations reach tonne-level daily output. Contact us with your production target for an exact capacity calculation.
How do you set the texture of hummus on the HummusMaster?
Texture is set by blade speed and processing time. With inverter speed control you can dial in anything from a coarse, grainy dip to a velvety smooth cream, then save the setting to recipe memory and repeat it on every batch.
Can other pastes be produced on the same machine?
Yes. The HummusMaster and L Series machines perform equally well across the whole mezze group: baba ganoush, spicy pepper paste, taramasalata and similar products. Product-specific programmes can be stored in recipe memory.
