1 / 5The L200IV is KITPRO's highest-capacity industrial cutter mixer. With a 200 litre bowl and a 22 kW motor it reaches 1,300 kg an hour. An LED touchscreen, motorised lid and bowl tilting give you direct Euro-bin discharge; it is designed for continuous factory production. The motorised scraper is standard, and the L200IV-C version is available for vacuum processing. It prepares 100 kg of classic hummus per batch, and a 200-240 V version is available for the US market.
