1 / 5The L120IV is a 120 litre industrial vertical cutter mixer designed for food, pharmaceutical and laboratory lines. An LED touchscreen, motorised lid and bowl tilting give you direct Euro-bin discharge. Built around a high-torque 15 kW motor for continuous operation, it reaches 700 kg an hour. For recipes that call for vacuum processing there is the L120IV-C version, and a motorised scraper is available as an option. It prepares 50 kg of classic hummus per batch, and a 200-240 V version is available for the US market.
