1 / 8With its built-in inverter drive, the DIV series gives you full speed control across a 600-3,000 rpm range: every texture, from silky hummus to coarse chopping, on a single machine. The design brings together power, precision and long service life, and is part of the HummusMaster family. High-power (HP) versions are available on request. It prepares roughly 2.5 kg (6 L), 3.5 kg (9 L) or 5 kg (12 L) of classic hummus per batch, suits both 50 and 60 Hz grids, and is also built in a 110 V version for the US market.

Three buttons, full control
Stop, start and a speed knob: that is all. The inverter sets the speed steplessly between 600 and 3,000 rpm.
