G1 Grinder
Grinder model G1 is used to grind and powderise small quantities of dry materials. The original tilting Grinder G1 is produced since almost 40 years ago. The machine takes up a small space on the counter and is easy to use. The design is immitated world-wide, but never come close to the original quality. Thanks to the very high revolution speeds of the cutting knive, the oil and the sap of the goods stay in the dry powder. As an example; let's talk about walnuts. If you process walnuts with ordinary cutter/homogenizers; due to rising temperatures and long process times, the oil of the walnut will come out and produce a wet and bitter powder. The G1 makes a dry powder with all the oil still inside the particles. That is the quality we seek to achieve to produce high class artisan bakery products, desserts and other ingredients.

Simple to use
The G1 Grinder is simple to use and clean. The G1 is only intended for dry-use. Bowl is fixed to the machine, therefore we reccomend a brush or pressurized air to throughly clean dust particles. For applications involving allergic products; we reccomend purchasing of another machine, to avoid contamination with the allergic product. The operator needs to fully close the lid and push the button on the side simultaneously to operate the machine. this makes sure both hands of the operator is busy.
Load the product inside the operation chamber / bowl of the machine. The machine will run as long as the operator keeps pressing the side-button. Most of the operations will take around 15 to 30 seconds. The thermal relay inside the motor will make sure the operator does not abuse and damage the machine.

The G1 Spice Grinder is used extensively in laborotories, inspection offices and more. Grind pills, leaves and other things into a fine powder for examination and further processing.
